Please carefully read the terms below, as are those that govern the contractual relationship if you buy one of our artworks, because this purchase is subject to acceptance of them:
· All orders placed are subject to current availability and purchases will only be processed when gallery team have checked that work is available and authorization of credit card details.
· All delivery rates and arrangements published are subject to gallery staff checking that our normal carriage arrangements are appropriate for the works selected. Gallery staff will contact the customer to seek agreement to any modifications proposed by the gallery. In such cases purchased orders will only be processed when the customer has formally agreed any such new arrangements.
· Our terms and conditions of sale and all other matters concerning the website are subject to the law of Spain where jurisdiction shall fall.
· In the event of loss or damage to works in transit to the customer, and upon satisfactory vouching of that fact, the contract of sale shall terminate and SPANIART shall refund the price paid and carriage paid by the customer forthwith.
· The customer can not return works or ask for any refund of the purchase price paid (included the carriage paid). Once the payment is completed the sale's agreement is considered as fulfilled by SPANIART and the buyer is responsible of the Art Work he has buyed as it's new owner. SPANIART will ship his buyed Art Work by the agreed method between the two parts.
· The customer accepts responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in respect of importation of works they have ordered.
· Copyright in all images on the SPANIART website vests in the artists and gallery as the case may be and in no case may any party reproduce such images.
· Published delivery timescales are for guidance only.
· Transactions will be processed in US Dollars at the prevailing rate of exchange operated by our clearing merchant bank. In the event that the gallery provides approximate conversion rate information in Chinese or any other foreign currency this shall be for general guidance only.
· Customers warrant that they have authority to make purchases in their own name and are 18 years of age or over.
